You come to InnerScript for quiet, specific self-talk audios. We take privacy seriously because the stuff you share — especially on the Personalized questionnaire — is the stuff most platforms shouldn't see. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

Only what we need, nothing more.
Anonymized page views, referrer, device type, rough location (country / region), a session cookie to keep your cart working. Standard ecommerce analytics. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking we can avoid.
Name, email, billing address, and the products you bought. Payment is processed by Shopify — we never see your card number. Operated through Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Email, optional password, and the email notifications you opt in to. Your library access is tied to your Shopify customer account — one account, your audios, nothing else.
Personalized or Premium questionnaire
The answers you give us about your struggles, goals, identity, and desired tone. This is the most sensitive data we hold. It is only used to write your custom audio, only read by the writer working on your script, never shared with third parties, never used to train AI models, and never used for marketing.
Things we stay away from.
- Your voice, your face, or any biometric data.
- Your location beyond country / region for billing purposes.
- Health records, diagnoses, or clinical data — InnerScript is not a medical service.
- Anything from your device outside what your browser voluntarily sends.
To run the thing you paid for.
- Deliver the products you bought — the audios, the order emails, the library access.
- Write your Personalized or Premium audio, if you bought one.
- Send you the marketing emails you explicitly opted in to (unsubscribe anytime).
- Improve the site in aggregate only, not tied to you individually.

Access
Ask us what we hold about you — we'll send a copy within 30 days.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your account and your data at any time.

Ask us to fix anything inaccurate — name, email, anything.
Unsubscribe
Opt out of marketing email at any time, from any email we send.
Portability
Get a copy of your data in a portable format you can take anywhere.

Worth knowing about.
Data retention
Orders and account data are kept while your account is active plus a reasonable period to meet legal and tax obligations. Questionnaire answers are kept so you can re-listen to the audio we wrote for you. Delete your account and we delete them too.
Cookies
Only what's needed to run the store: cart session, login session, basic aggregated analytics. No third-party advertising pixels without your explicit consent. We do not sell your browsing behavior.
Children
InnerScript is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we update the "Last updated" date above. If the change is material, we notify active customers by email before it takes effect.
