Personalized Self-Talk

$79 one-time

Refundable before production begins. Once we've written and recorded your custom audio, the work is done — and it is yours, whether or not you listen to it.

  • Before questionnaire submitted: full refund
  • After questionnaire, within 24h: full refund
  • After production starts: no refund
04 Before production

Premium Transformation

$149 one-time

Same rule as Personalized, higher stakes because the system is more complex. Refundable before we start writing the scripts, not after.

How to request

Send an email

To support@innerscript.us. Include your order number (or the email you bought with) and which product you want refunded.

We confirm within 1 business day

We reply fast — usually the same day. If your request qualifies (it almost always does), we approve it on the spot.

Refunded in 3 business days

We process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 more days to show the credit.

We send a confirmation

You get an email when the refund is sent, with the amount and the date it was processed.

Edge cases

A few things worth knowing.

Things we don't refund

  • Single audios requested more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Personalized or Premium orders after production has begun.
  • Past Membership billing cycles after the month has been used.
  • Orders where we detect clear abuse patterns (usage logs exist in our library delivery system).

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please email us first — we resolve almost every request within 24 hours and you'd get your money back faster than the bank takes. Filing a chargeback before contacting us puts the account at risk of suspension.
