We confirm within 1 business day
We reply fast — usually the same day. If your request qualifies (it almost always does), we approve it on the spot.

We process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 more days to show the credit.

You get an email when the refund is sent, with the amount and the date it was processed.
A few things worth knowing.
Things we don't refund
- Single audios requested more than 7 days after purchase.
- Personalized or Premium orders after production has begun.
- Past Membership billing cycles after the month has been used.
- Orders where we detect clear abuse patterns (usage logs exist in our library delivery system).
Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please email us first — we resolve almost every request within 24 hours and you'd get your money back faster than the bank takes. Filing a chargeback before contacting us puts the account at risk of suspension.
