These terms describe what you're agreeing to when you use InnerScript.us. We kept them as plain as possible — the real legal protections are here, but we think you should actually be able to read them.

Don't redistribute our audios. Your access is for you — not YouTube, not a paid coaching program.
Not a therapist. InnerScript supports your work with clinical care. It doesn't replace it.
We refund when we fall short. Clear windows per tier. No retention popups.
A personal, non-transferable license.
When you purchase an InnerScript product, you receive a license to stream the audios in Your Library for as long as your account is active. Here's what that looks like per tier.
Single audio
$14.99 one-time
Ongoing access to that specific audio. One payment, your library slot forever (while your account is active).
Monthly Membership
$9.99 / month
Access to the entire current catalog + every new monthly drop, for as long as your subscription is active.
Personalized
$79 one-time
A human-written custom audio, delivered to Your Library. Yours to stream while your account is active.
Premium Transformation
$149 one-time
A full custom system (morning + evening + trigger + integration) written for your specific situation.
You do not receive: redistribution rights, the ability to re-upload audios, the ability to transcribe and publish scripts, commercial use, or reseller / licensing rights.
The lines we actually care about.
You can
- Stream them anywhere, on any device where you're signed in.
- Listen privately — alone or with people in your household.
- Reference them internally — journal about what you heard.
You may not
- Re-upload, re-share, or redistribute the audio files.
- Bypass the streaming system to download files that aren't meant to be downloaded.
- Extract scripts and publish them publicly.
- Use the audios in commercial content without a separate license.
- Use InnerScript in any way that violates law.
Not a substitute for professional care.
InnerScript products are personal-development tools, not medical or psychological services. They are not therapy, not medication, not diagnosis, not treatment for any mental health condition.

Cards, cycles, cancellations.
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We never store card details.
- Single and custom audios are charged once at purchase.
- Monthly Membership is billed every 30 days to your saved method until you cancel.
- Failed payments may pause your library access until resolved.
One account, one library.
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Don't share your account. Library access is tied to a single account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms — particularly around redistribution or fraud.

A few last things to know.
Changes to products and pricing
We may add audios, change the catalog, adjust prices for new customers, or retire products. If you're an existing Monthly Member, your rate stays locked at the price you signed up at while your subscription remains uninterrupted.
Intellectual property
Everything on innerscript.us — audios, scripts, writing, imagery, code, design — is owned by InnerScript or licensed to us. Our trademarks and creative work are protected. You can't copy or repurpose them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerScript is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where InnerScript is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Some jurisdictions don't allow some limitations — so some of this may not apply to you.
